Your first appointment will last 80 minutes. This allows me to develop a complete picture of your overall health. Fill out the downloaded paperwork and bring it completed to your first appointment. Feel free to bring any medical records or x-rays you may have from other practitioners.
Our Rates are as Follows:
New Patient visit and consult: $130.00
Office visit, Established patient: $65.00
We offer a $6.00 discount to seniors and children.
- We do not participate in any
insurance plan.
Call your insurance to see if out-of-network
chiropractic care is covered. - We do not accept credit cards. Cash or check only.
- Please do not wear perfume to our office. We serve patients with allergies.
- We must have 24 notice of
cancellation. Without it we will charge the full amount of the office
visit. Voice mail is available anytime.
